LEGAL OBSERVATORY: LAWS, SENTENCES AND MUCH MORE

We have recently seen a progressive acceleration of law evolution and jurisprudential interpretations. The extreme frequency that codes and data banks are updated is a clear symptom of this, but not the only one. No one now feels is it wise to rely on texts or jurisprudential interpretations published more than six months previously. This is why we felt the need for setting up a specific observatory where all the various legal instruments, both general and local, as well as the provisions of various jurisdictions, have adequate space for knowledge and comment.
